1999 Contracts Updates Forum

The FIDIC 1999 Contracts Updates Forum encourages users of the FIDIC 1999 Construction, Plant and EPC/Turnkey Contracts to post suggestions for consideration by the FIDIC Contracts Committee for its updating in 2009 of the 1999 suite of FIDIC works contracts.

FIDIC maintains the forum and reserves the right to remove unsuitable postings.

The Updates Forums is for comments and discussion on all three contracts (Construction, Plant and EPC/Turnkey). Topics are organised according to Clauses and Sub-Clauses.
